BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

You can make your reservation directly on our website or you can book a car contacting us by phone +971 58 500 7010 . Your booking can not be cancelled, once the rent payment is processed. We can’t issue any refunds once the car is reserved.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposit is accepted by cash or bank card owned to the person signing the contract. Deposit amount on your card is blocking for 15-25 days. We charge our customers any fines, scratches, or damages done to the car which wasn’t resolved on spot or after the car returned. We give our customers a proof for the fines and damages done on the car.

DELIVERY/RETURN

We offer free pick-up and drop-off for your car rental anywhere across Dubai. However we do deliver to other Emirates (600 AED Delivery costs). Renter must show original valid documents while receiving the car and take a video or photo of the current condition of the car, before signing the contract.

WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED?

Smoking, off-roading, rallying, racing, drifting, going to deserts, driving over 150km/h, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, any marketing materials on the cars like stickers or wrapping papers etc is NOT ALLOWED.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

We do not provide car hire for an hour. The minimum rental period is 1 day.
